Dumpster Rental · Shenandoah Valley
Some jobs make a mess. This hauls it away.
One roll-off dumpster, one flat price. Drop it, fill it, and we take it — no per-ton weigh-ins and no surprise fees at the end.
What people fill it with
One dumpster covers most of what a project throws out.
Gutting a bathroom or clearing out a garage — it's the same container and the same price. Here's where folks around the Valley put it to work.
Home cleanouts
Garages, basements, attics, and estate cleanouts — years of accumulation gone in one load.
Remodels & renovations
Old cabinets, torn-out tile, drywall, and fixtures from a kitchen or bathroom project.
Roofing tear-offs
Room for shingles and underlayment from a re-roof without renting by the ton.
Yard & landscaping
Brush, branches, sod, old fencing, and storm debris cleared off the property.
Moving & downsizing
Furniture, mattresses, and the stuff that doesn't make the trip to the new place.
Construction & demo
Contractors and DIYers hauling framing scrap, concrete, and general jobsite waste.
Straight pricing
$600. That's the number.
No weight limits to guess at, no daily rate ticking up, no fuel or environmental surcharge slipped in at the end. You pay when we drop it off, and that's the whole conversation.

Good to know
The questions we get most.
How much does it cost?
A flat $600 for the rental — one dumpster, no extra charges or hidden fees. You pay at delivery.
How long can I keep it?
Rent it for a day, a week, or up to a month at the same flat rate. When you're finished, call us and we'll come get it.
How big is the dumpster?
It measures 4′ high by 8′ wide by 16′ long — roughly 512 cubic feet, which handles most home cleanouts, remodels, and small construction jobs.
Do I need to be there for delivery?
It helps to be on site so we can place it exactly where you want and collect payment, but give us a call and we'll work out the details.
What can I put in it?
General household junk, renovation debris, roofing, yard waste, furniture, and construction scrap are all fine. Hazardous materials, wet paint, chemicals, and tires typically can't go in — ask us if you're unsure about an item.
How do I reserve one?
Call Daniel at (540) 421-4740 or the office at (540) 421-8344. Nothing is due to book — you pay the flat $600 when the dumpster is delivered.
